What is the Order Process?

You contact us to discuss your needs and our solutions. This can begin with a Phone discussion or a Web Conference.
At your request we meet to discuss design options.
If you decide on a design option we visit the job site to take measurements and finalize the design.
We present you with our proposed solution and cost.
If appropriate, our finance team goes to work to arrange financing.
If you accept our solution you will sign-off on the paperwork and provide any deposits.
Once the project is agreed, your custom materials are requested from our supplier(s).
When your Order is placed we will target a mutually agreeable installation schedule.
